Finding our way to The Way one situation at a time. I don't know how great it will be, but I expect it will be interesting, and I look forward to it going on past all reason because wonder is just that way. Are you coming or not?

In two weeks I will step into my 82nd year, with no health problems to speak of. I hope I have twenty more years with no health problems to speak of. With Psyche/Tao to work on, I will have plenty to be interested in, so maintaining a healthy body/mind relationship over a twenty year period will be a reasonable accomplishment if the necessary details fall into place. I am looking forward to seeing how far into twenty years I’m able to go. I hope you are with me all the time way to 2045 or 6 if we are feeling fancy.

I retired after 40.5 years as a minister in the Presbyterian Church USA, serving churches in Louisiana, Mississippi and North Carolina. I graduated from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, in Austin, Texas, and Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. My wife, Judy, and I have three daughters, five granddaughters, one great granddaughter, and a great grandson on the way, within about ten minutes from where we live--and are enjoying our retirement as much as we have ever enjoyed anything.

It is quite apparent to me that “It takes one to know one” applies in response to your blessing and your grace. See you in 2055. I’ll keep an eye out for you.
